1 or more property management contracts = 25% monthly commission

1 rental contracts
$200/mo commission = $50/mo to YOU
2 rental contracts
$400/mo commission = $100/mo to YOU
3 rental contradts
$600/mo commission = $150/mo to YOU
4 rental contracts
